A: IGNITE is a unique outdoor experience featuring live music, food trucks, cowboy games, and a premiere circus performance all taking place on May 7 and 8 at Sandy Valley Ranch under the stars of the mysterious Mojave Desert.
Q: Is Sandy Valley Ranch in Las Vegas?
A: No, it is about a 45 minute drive from Las Vegas
Q: Can I get to Sandy Valley Ranch with rideshare (Uber/Lyft)?
A: Please note this is a remote location and we don’t recommend relying on rideshare. Please use our shuttle service or your own transportation
Q: Is there a shuttle service?
A: Yes, a shuttle will depart from Las Vegas at 4:30pm, and return at 10:00pm from the Ranch. The pick up and drop off point is: Stoney’s Rockin’ Country at Town Square (6611 Las Vegas Boulevard South, Suite 160, NV 89119). All who purchase a ticket for the shuttle receive a voucher from Stoney’s for free admission and a complimentary drink.
Q: What about the shuttle service from Las Vegas?
A: Due do insufficient interest by the deadline, the round-trip shuttle service from Las Vegas has been canceled. If you purchased a shuttle ticket, you have already been issued a refund and sent an email notification.
Q: What is the door to door Car Service?
A: If you prefer to be picked up and dropped off at your home, this would be the service for you. The price for this service is $250 for 2 people and you will need to reserve this by April 26.
Q: What safety precautions are being taken?
A: All CDC and State of Nevada guidelines will be followed to ensure this event meets all recommended standards.
Out of an abundance of caution, capacity is capped at less than 50 percent, in line with Nevada’s guideline recommendations.
The expansive, 40-acre venue offers guests ample space to safely experience IGNITE together.
We will require all guests to practice social distancing and wear masks/face covering when not actively eating or drinking. Failure to follow safe social distancing, or requests of staff member for guests to follow, will cause the guest to be subject to removal.
Upon arrival, please anticipate a temperature check. If you are feeling ill, please stay home.
As the event approaches, we will continue to update our policies to implement any other appropriate measures as per the CDC or state guidelines.
Q: Is everyone required to wear a mask?
A: All the event staff will be wearing masks and we ask you to wear a face covering at all times (except while actively eating or drinking) during the event.
Q: Is food and drink included in my ticket purchase?
A: No, all the food and drinks that will be available at the event will be for purchase. We will have water stations on site, and recommend you bring your own bottle.
Q: I purchased a ticket online, how do I receive it?
A: The ticket is included in your confirmation email as a QR code. You can print that out or just open the QR code on your phone when you arrive at IGNITE.
Q: How do I scan my ticket?
A: Upon your arrival at the venue, an IGNITE team member will greet you and scan your paper or e-ticket.
Q: Can I purchase a ticket at the event?
A: No, all tickets need to be purchased beforehand
Q: Is there a physical box office?
A: No, all tickets are to be purchased on this site, ignitenv.com.
Q: Are kids allowed and do they require a ticket?
A: Yes absolutely, the event and performance are both kid-friendly. Tickets for kids under 11 are free. But, kids with a free ticket do not receive a designated seat, rather they need to be seated together with parent(s) on the hay bale or bleachers. If you are planning on bringing your kid(s) make sure you get them a ticket so we can account for guest numbers. (This option is located on the ticketing page on the website).
Q: Are the seats numbered/assigned?
A: To ensure a smooth seating process for all in attendance, we have updated our seating method. Guests will receive an assigned hay bale. Hay bales seat 2 individuals. All guests in one party are seated next to each other. Keep in mind, if you are seated within the arena and your party has an odd number of guests or you have purchased a single ticket, you will be seated next to someone you did not arrive with.
Q: What time should I arrive?
A: To fully experience the entire IGNITE event, we recommend you arrive around 5pm.
Q: We have signed up for dry camping, do we need to arrive early and where do we go?
A: We recommend you arrive at 4:30pm, and our team will guide you to the site where you can park your RV.
Q: We are staying overnight in a tipi, covered wagon, or tiny home. Do we need to arrive early and where do we go?
A: We recommend you arrive at 4:30pm, and our team will guide you to your lodging.
Q: It looks like the event is broken up in three sections, a party to start with, followed by a show, and then an after party. If I only want to come for the show is that possible and what time should I arrive?
A: We recommend you come for the entire experience, so you can properly disconnect to reconnect, however if you just want to see the show, make sure to arrive by 7pm. The show starts at 7:30pm and will last about 60 minutes.
Q: Will there be bathrooms available?
A: Yes, bathrooms are available near the arena.
Q: Can I leave my belongings in my car once I’ve parked up?
A: Even though the cars will be parked in clear sight, we don’t recommend it, and it will be at your own risk.
Q: Is the entire event outside?
A: Yes, it is! The sunset social, the performance, and the after party will all take place under the stars of the Mojave Desert.
Q: What will the temperature be like?
A: We recommend you double check before you leave, but average temperatures for Sandy Valley in early May are a high of 82 during the day and a low of 56 at night.
Q: What happens if it rains?
A: We do not anticipate the need for a rain plan. The average chance it will rain in early May in Sandy Valley is 3%.
Q: Is there a dress code?
A: Wear what ignites you! Be free, be comfortable, be expressive, be your spirit animal! Depending on the type of ticket you purchase, seating will be on wooden bleachers or straw hay bales; we recommend you keep this in mind. For footwear, wear your boots or something similar, we don’t recommend wearing open-toed shoes or sandals.
Q: Are there any specific items you recommend for me to bring?
A: It is the desert and an active dude ranch, the venue is kept clean and orderly. There are very few shade trees and the dust can kick up, and the evening can become chilly. We recommend you bring sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, and a jacket for the evening. We will have blankets available for sale (complimentary for Silver, Gold, and Platinum ticket holders).
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: No sorry, no pets allowed.
Q: What if I booked tickets, but I am not able to make it?
A: In case of emergency or illness, we can accommodate a refund of your ticket, however, please contact us at later than 48 hours prior to the start time on your IGNITE ticket.
Q: I can’t make it on May 7 or May 8, will there be more dates?
